Meet the team

Emma Pawsey
Emma is in her eighth year at Hebron. She has a background in the social sector managing teams in a diverse range of settings. She oversees the day to day running of the programme and enjoys being part of all the women’s journeys who come through Hebron. She is always available to talk to women who are thinking of coming to Hebron.

Sophie Bland
Sophie is now coming in to her fourth year here at Hebron. She has a background of working within in the NHS for several years and brings her experience from her roles during this time. Sophie enjoys her role and being part of the women’s journeys as they come through Hebron.

Alex Burzec
Alex has been with Hebron for just over 2 years.
Alex has a wealth of experience in the health and social care sector working with vulnerable adults with mental health and complex needs and has worked within the criminal justice system.
Alex is enjoying her role and loves seeing Hebron women going out through the door completely changed and free form substance misuse reaching out for the life they had always wanted.

Louise Henman
Lou has been with Hebron for several years. Lou brings a wealth of experience from her previous role at the Jobcentre where she was employed for many years. Lou provides vital support to residents and ex residents in the community in early recovery as well as looking after our move on house. . Lou really enjoys her role at Hebron and finds it rewarding.

Emma Lewis
Emma joined Hebron this year. She is a trained counsellor and has experience of working with the Twelve Step Programme and many other mental health conditions. Emma is enjoying her new role and is a great asset to the team.

Joanna Kucinska
Joanna joined Hebron this year. She is a trained counsellor and has experience of working with a diverse range of clients. Joanna is enjoying her new role and is a great asset to the team.

Hester Irving
Hester has been at Hebron for 20 years and has a wealth of experience in addiction and many other mental health conditions. She facilitates relapse prevention groups at Hebron. Her CBT approach is very popular.

Clare Pretty
Clare is a Hebron Graduate who is now working full time here. She is a wonderful example to all our residents of what is possible after rehab! Clare also helps facilitate our Step Group and Basic text group.

Natalie Leach
Natalie facilitates our basic text and Step Group. A Hebron Graduate herself she knows exactly what the residents need to know! Natalie also gives talks to outside agencies, groups and prisons about the work we do.

Julie Reynolds
Julie has recently joined the team. Julie has a wealth of experience and we are very fortunate to have her here at Hebron!

External facilitators and night staff
As well as the permanent staff above we have many external facilitators coming into Hebron and our lovely bank night workers Kate, Laura, Nat, Kay and Heidi working weekends and evening and night shifts.

Michelle Hoskins
Michelle has recently joined us to help on the meds team. She comes with a wealth of knowledge from working in local pharmacies. Michelle is enjoying her role and is a great asset to the team.
