Finance administrator

Part Time – 24 hours per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)

£19,000 – £21,500 pro rata per annum depending on experience

We are drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre looking for a female Finance Administrator to join our small, dedicated team of care and therapeutic workers in Norwich.

We are looking for someone to work 3 days a week handling all aspects of bookkeeping on a day-to-day basis for the organisation and liaising with the Treasurer who produces monthly management accounts. This will include accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, reconciling resident accounts etc.

The following is essential:

  • Experience of book keeping 
  • Ability/integrity to handle petty cash and keep appropriate records
  • Good standard of IT skills

Desirable is:

  • Experience of Xero (or a similar computer-based accounting package)
